1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Dry Clean Super Center ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Dry Clean Super Center provides dry cleaning, wash and fold, alterations, formal wear cleaning, and commercial laundry services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.
3. Garment Care & Liability
We take great care with every garment entrusted to us. However, Dry Clean Super Center is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in garments
- Damage resulting from manufacturer defects or incorrect care labels
- Shrinkage or color changes inherent to certain fabrics
- Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days
Our maximum liability for any damaged or lost garment is limited to ten (10) times the cost of the cleaning service charged for that item.
4. Unclaimed Items
Items not picked up within 90 days of the ready date may be donated or disposed of at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers before taking such action.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon pickup of garments unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. All sales are final — no refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.
6. Wash & Fold Service
Our Wash & Fold service is priced at $1.00 per pound with a minimum charge that may apply. We are not responsible for items left in pockets. Customers are responsible for separating delicate or special-care items before drop-off.
7. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery services are subject to availability and scheduled routes. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring garments are accessible at the agreed time.
8. Subscriptions & Promotions
Subscription plans and promotional offers are subject to their own terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
